Penn led Purdue Calumet to 65 victories in his four-year career, including the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference championship in 1994-95. He was the only player in program history to be tabbed as the CCAC Player of the Year, while becoming the second player to garner multiple NAIA All-American honors.  Penn finished his career with 2,056 points and still owns the school’s all-time marks for field goals, three-point field goals and assists.
