The Breakdown

• Quincy set the tone early, opening the first quarter with a 20-4 advantage as PNW struggled from the field at 15 percent.
• The Pride generated momentum in the second quarter behind improved ball movement and outside shooting, but Quincy maintained a 37-19 halftime lead.
• PNW delivered its strongest stretch in the third quarter, scoring 28 points behind four made threes and an 11-of-14 effort at the line to trim the deficit.
• Quincy responded with efficient offense of its own, shooting 67 percent in the third to keep control of the scoreboard.
• The hosts continued their consistency into the fourth quarter, using paint scoring and second-chance opportunities to prevent a full PNW comeback.
• Quincy's 48 paint points, 15 second-chance points, and 58 percent shooting proved to be the deciding factors despite the Pride's surge in the second half.
