The Purdue Northwest Track and Field team competed in the 2025 Lewis Duel this Friday where the Pride would yet again have another impressive showing while setting another 7 school records! These records would consist of the following: 55m - Deandria Franklin and

Men Notable Results:
- Men's 55 Meters: Myles Sisco (Portage, Ind./Portage) excelled with a 2nd place finish in the finals, clocking 6.53 seconds (New School Record). Kalen Cummings (Indianapolis, Ind./Pike) followed closely, taking 3rd with a time of 6.56 seconds.
- Men's 55m Hurdles: Freshman Kyden Boyer (Marshal, Ill.) dominated the event, taking 1st place in the finals with a personal best of 8.06 seconds (New School Record). Jaydon Tarohocker (Sarasota, Fla.) was also impressive, finishing 3rd in 8.43 seconds.
- Men's 300 Meters: Carson Bell (Hobart, Ind./Hobart) ran a standout race, finishing 2nd overall with a time of 36.53 seconds (New School Record). Willie Clay (Laporte, Ind.) followed in 3rd place, clocking 37.01 seconds.
- Men's 600 Meters: Hayden Podlin (Dyer, Ind./Lake Central HS) delivered a strong performance, finishing 2nd with a time of 1:25.90. Josh Tuck (Chesterton, Ind./Chesterton) took 3rd, crossing the line in 1:26.80.
- Men's 1 Mile: Jackson Bakker (Lowell, Ind./Lowell) claimed 1st place with a dominant time of 4:30.59, Rafael Maier (Portage, Ind./Portage) placed 4th with a time of 4:44.37.
- Men's High Jump: Eli Baumann (Allendale, Mich./Allendale) soared to 2nd place, clearing 1.91m (6-03.25). Justin Farris (Lindale, Texas) followed in 3rd place with a jump of 1.81m (5-11.25).
- Men's Long Jump: Jamon Miller (Michigan City, Ind.) took 1st place with a leap of 6.73m (22-01.00), earning 5 points. Lucas Bass (Maple Park, Ill./Kaneland) closely followed in 2nd place with 6.63m (21-09.00).
- Men's Pole Vault: Freshman Cantrell Brooks (Porter, Texas/Porter) secured 2nd place, clearing 4.60m (15-01.00) and earning 3 points.
- Men's Shot Put: Christopher Poole (/) delivered a winning performance, taking 1st place with a throw of 12.04m (39-06.00). Andrew Juszczak (Lowell, Ind./Lowell) added to the team's success with a 3rd place finish at 10.41m (34-02.00).
- Men's Weight Throw: Chris Poole continued his impressive day, placing 3rd with a throw of 13.12m (43-00.50) (New School Record).0. Andrew Juszczak (Lowell, Ind./Lowell) also contributed, finishing 5th with a mark of 12.83m (42-01.25).
Women Notable Results:
- Women's 55 Meters: DeAndria Franklin (Hobart, Ind./River Forest) excelled with a 2nd place finish in the finals, clocking 7.42 seconds (New School Record). Freshman Carley Grabarczyk (Chelsea, Mich./Chelsea) followed closely, taking 4th with a time of 7.54 seconds.
- Women's 55m Hurdles: Junior Alaina Schultze (Indianapolis, Ind./Heritage Christian) delivered a strong performance, finishing 2nd in the finals with a time of 8.90 seconds (New School Record). Freshman Cailey Weber (Hobart, Ind./Hobart) took 4th place, crossing the line in 9.20 seconds.
- Women's 300 Meters: Senior Jerralee Testa (Bridgewater, Va./Turner Asby) ran an outstanding race, finishing 2nd overall with a time of 43.48 seconds. Senior Maya Butler (Dyer, Ind.) contributed with a 5th place finish, clocking 48.98 seconds.
- Women's 600 Meters: Sophomore Sara McGraw (Indianapolis, Ind./Roncalli) finished 2nd in a tight race, crossing the line in 1:39.39 (New School Record). Alyssa Dunlap (Chesterton, Ind./Chesterton) followed in 5th place with a time of 1:48.97.
- Women's 1 Mile: Sophomore Myrriam Dhoore (LaPorte, Ind./LaPorte) placed 3rd with a time of 5:30.90, earning 2 points. Kennedy Cox (Las Vegas, Nev./Sommerset Sky Pointe) also added to the team's total, finishing 6th in 5:46.13.
- Women's High Jump: Junior Alaina Schultze (Indianapolis, Ind./Heritage Christian) secured 2nd place, clearing 1.51m (4-11.50). Sophomore Kelli Blissett (Aurora, Ill./Metea Valley) followed in 4th place with a jump of 1.46m (4-09.50).
- Women's Long Jump: Junior Malia Butler (Dyer, Ind.) delivered a notable performance, finishing 3rd with a leap of 5.10m (16-08.75).
- Women's Shot Put: Senior Jerralee Testa (Bridgewater, Va./Turner Asby) placed 5th with a throw of 8.62m (28-03.50). Freshman Kaelin Kreischer (Valparaiso, Ind./Morgan Township) followed closely, taking 6th place with a mark of 8.01m (26-03.50).
- Women's Weight Throw: Junior Jada Addo delivered a strong throw of 12.39m (40-07.75), earning 3rd place. Freshman Kaelin Kreischer (Valparaiso, Ind./Morgan Township) contributed with a 6th place finish, throwing 9.52m (31-02.75).Â
