On May 24 and 25, JC Ramirez (Odessa, Texas/Odessa) and D'Shawn Dorsey (South Holland, Ill./Thornwood) from the men's track and field team traveled to Welch Stadium in Emporia, Kansas, to participate in the 2024 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field National Championships. Dorsey was scheduled to compete in the high jump, while Ramirez was set to compete in the triple jump.

Results:
•    D'Shawn Dorsey (South Holland, Ill./Thornwood) achieved a 9th place finish in the high jump event, clearing 2.08 meters. This impressive performance earned him a Second Team All-American selection, making him the school's first All-American in track and field.
•    JC Ramirez (Odessa, Texas/Odessa) concluded the triple jump event with a 19th place finish, reaching a distance of 14.34 meters.
