On the concluding day of a four-game series, the Purdue Northwest baseball team secured a victory against Kentucky Wesleyan with a final score of 4-1. The Pride had a remarkable weekend, clinching victory in three out of four games and ultimately claiming the series against Kentucky Wesleyan.

•   Senior
Hayden Matulich (San Jose, Calif./Pioneer) led the Pride with three hits and an RBI.

Luke Montgomery (Orland Park, Ill./St. Laurence High School),
Ethan Imlach (Mokena, Ill./Mount Carmel), and
Jayden Smith (Allegan, Mich./Allegan) each had two hits.
•   Sophomore
Drake Ballard (Louisville, Ky./Martha Laynes Collins) also contributed a hit and two RBIs.
•   Sophomore
Ethan Getting (Portage,Mich./Portage North) started on the mound for Purdue Northwest throwing two innings while striking out two.
•   K. Werries led KWC with three hits.
•   J. Tucker started and pitched six innings for the Panthers and struck out three batters.
•   The Pride would go down a run early as Kentucky Wesleyan would take a 1-0 lead of a RBI double.
•   The Pride would struggle to find a run until the seventh when the offense would put up three runs to take the lead.
•   The Prides defense was spearheaded by a great pitching performance by senior
Noah Burgh (Warsaw, Ind./Warsaw Community High School) who threw five innings, striking out six.
•   The Pride would find one more run in the eighth inning of a
Drake Ballard (Louisville, Ky./Martha Laynes Collins) sac fly and in the ninth Graduate
Joe Tor (Homer Glen, Ill./Lockport) would slam the door giving the Pride a 1-0 victory.
