The Purdue Northwest women's track and field team took a trip to Allendale, Michigan this Friday, and Saturday to compete in the GVSU Big Meet. This two-day event hosted over 100 teams and around 1800 athletes. The Pride would have a great showing with Sophomore Da'Ja Jones (Portage, Ind./Portage) setting a new school record in the women's 400m with a time of 58.66 and Freshman Kelli Blissett () taking first place in high jump.
