The Purdue Northwest Women's track and field team headed to University Center, Michigan this Saturday and Sunday to compete in the 2026 GLIAC Indoor Championships. The week was highlighted by multiple scoring performances, personal bests, and strong finishes across the pentathlon, sprints, distance events, relays, and field events. Alaina Schultze (Indianapolis, Ind./Heritage Christian) and Cailey Weber (Hobart, Ind./Hobart) led the way in the indoor pentathlon with several top three event finishes and Schultze taking second place overall in the Women's Pentathlon.

Women's Indoor Pentathlon 60m Hurdles: Alaina Schultze (Indianapolis, Ind./Heritage Christian) placed 2nd in 9.23 (season best), while Cailey Weber (Hobart, Ind./Hobart) finished 10th in 9.70 (personal best).
Women's Indoor Pentathlon High Jump: Schultze placed 7th with a clearance of 1.53m (5'0.25"), and Weber finished 12th at 1.44m (4'8.75").

Women's Weight Throw: Jada Addo placed 17th with a mark of 12.91m (42'4.25"). Kaelin Kreischer (Valparaiso, Ind./Morgan Township) finished 19th at 12.75m (41'10.00"), and Aubree Gleason (Gilbert, Ariz./Williams Field) placed 23rd with a throw of 11.60m (38'0.75").
Women's Shot Put: Gleason placed 17th with a mark of 10.92m (35'10.00").
Women's 60m Hurdles – Prelims: McKenna Kelley (Weatherford, Texas/Trinity Christian Academy) placed 13th in 9.74 (personal best).
Women's 60m – Prelims: Chisom Chukwuocha (Indianapolis, Ind./) placed 8th in 7.85 (personal best), while Isis Mitchell (Grayslake, Ill./Grayslake North) finished 22nd in 8.42 (personal best).
