The Purdue Northwest baseball team took on the University of Indianapolis this Wednesday in a nonconference match up where the Pride would come up short falling 6-3.

The Breakdown
- Sophomore Beldon Glasgow (Markle, Ind./Norwell) led the Pride with two hits and an RBI.
- Graduate Tom Flisk (Tinley Park, Ill./Victor J. Andrew) also contributed two hits for the Pride.
- Senior Nathan Boyer (Oak Park, Ill./Oak Park-River Forest) started on the mound for the Pride pitching four innings and recording four strikeouts.
- E. Good led UINDY with three hits and an RBI.
- F. Klemm started and pitched five innings for the Greyhounds and tallied one strikeout.
- The Pride would strike in the first inning putting up three runs from a Glasgow single and a Sabotnik double.
- The Pride's offense however would go quiet the rest of the game and UINDY would mount their comeback putting up six runs starting in the second inning.
- The Pride would not be able to get anything going offensively and fall to the Greyhounds 6-3.
