HAMMOND, Ind. -- The Purdue Northwest Esports team split two League of Legends matchups over the weekend including a 2-0 victory over Illinois College and 2-1 setback against Missouri.
HEAD COACH JUSTIN BRAGG:
"We started off strong against Missouri, playing a near-perfect game to start but we weren't able to carry our momentum into Games 2 and 3. You have to give credit to Missouri as they had great games.
"We were able to execute our game plan against Illinois College, which was playing through the mid-lane. We had two convincing wins, so I was very happy with our performance in that series."
