HAMMOND & WESTVILLE, Ind. -- The Purdue Northwest Women's Basketball team will continue their December slate when they travel to Indianapolis and take on the University of Indianapolis Greyhounds on Monday, December 16. Tipoff will be at 4 p.m. (CT).
 
PNW will come in sporting a 2-6 overall record, including 1-1 in GLIAC conference play. The Pride were last seen in Allendale, Michigan, dropping a matchup with the ranked No. 3 GVSU Lakers 74-46 on December 7. 
 
Savaya Brockington (Indianapolis, Ind./North Central) is leading PNW with 12.9 points, 4.4 assists, 34.1 minutes per game and in both field goals made (25) and 3PT field goals made (10). She is also the second-leading rebounder (4.4 per game) and in blocks (3), and is third on the team with seven steals. Fellow freshman Anjel Galbraith (Vallejo, Cal./Salesian College Prep) currently sits third in scoring (9.3 per game), and second in assists (3.0 per game), steals (10), minutes played (227) and field goals made (25). Danielle Nennig (Wrightstown, Wis./Wrightstown) is averaging 9.1 points, 28.6 minutes, and is leading the Pride with 6.0 rebounds and 1.7 steals per game. 
 
The Pride will return home on December 19, as they host Tiffin University (Ohio). Tipoff at the H.D. Kesling Gymnasium in the Dworkin Student Services and Activities Complex on the Westville campus is set for 7 p.m. (CT).
