The Purdue Northwest Overwatch team ended their Spring season with a 4-2 loss to Tarleton State University. This is the first and only loss that the Pride Overwatch team received this semester after being promoted to the Division IV West-Central Conference in the National Esports Collegiate Conference(NECC).

The playoff run had shown great promise for the Pride after a perfect 3-0 victory against Hesston College in the Conference Quarterfinals, and a strong 3-1 victory against championship-hopeful Illinois State University. The match against Tarleton State was a fierce back-and-forth battle across all six maps, with Tarleton State taking the victory after a strong showing in maps 5 and 6. The team adds this strong finish to their record following their Division V Championship the prior semester.
