The 45th Annual Powers-Purdue University Northwest Golf Invitational will be held on Monday, June 16, at Briar Ridge Country Club in Schererville, Indiana.

The annual golf outing has grown to become the most successful one-day fundraising event hosted by Purdue Northwest Athletics, raising over $2 million dollars over a span of four decades.

During the 2025-26 academic year, the Purdue Northwest Pride are competing in their ninth year in NCAA Division II and the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. With Purdue Northwest boasting over 500 student-athletes on 23Â teams, we now need your support more than ever to attract, support and retain the very best student-athletes. Below are a few event items to note:

- SHOTGUN START AT 9:30 AM with a full breakfast available at 8:00 am. This should allow a return to the clubhouse by 2:00 pm for cocktails, lunch and a brief program.

About Purdue Northwest Athletics
PNW Athletics consists of 500 student athletes with 23 sports and is a current member of NCAA Division II and the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC).Â
Intercollegiate athletic teams are fielded in baseball, men's and women's basketball, men's and women's cross country, esports, men's and women's golf, men's and women's ice hockey, men's and women's soccer, men's and women's tennis, men's and women's track & field, softball, STUNT, women's flag football and women's volleyball.
Over 500 student-athletes train and compete in the Fitness and Recreation Center on the Hammond campus. PNW has secured 14 total championships since moving to NCAA Division II in 2016-17.
Academically, PNW student-athletes have achieved 18 consecutive semesters with a combined GPA of 3.0 or above as of fall 2024.
