Purdue Northwest Elevates Natalie Jarrett to Senior Associate Athletic Director for Student Success

The Purdue University Northwest Department of Athletics has announced the promotion of Natalie Jarrett to Senior Associate Athletic Director for Student Success, reinforcing the department's commitment to academic excellence and student-athlete development.  In her expanded role, Jarrett will partner with compliance and the registrar's office to review progress-toward-degree, as well as initial and continuing eligibility. She will oversee sport supervision, guide game day operations, fundraising initiatives, and continue managing the department's academic support systems, including priority registration and student-athlete welfare programming.  Jarrett, the Senior Woman Administrator at Purdue Northwest, will continue as the department's primary liaison to Academic Affairs and advisor of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC).

"Natalie is a rising star in college athletics!  She has been a vital part of Purdue Northwest athletics and a driving force behind our student-athlete success," said Director of Athletics Rick Costello. "Her passion for developing student-athletes and fostering personal growth will greatly benefit PNW athletics. Natalie is a talented administrator, we are fortunate to have her in this important and impactful role."

"I am incredibly grateful and would like to thank Chancellor Holford and Director of Athletics Rick Costello for this wonderful opportunity," Jarrett said. "I am passionate about providing student-athletes with the resources and support they need to thrive. Success on and off the court comes from developing people, aligning vision, and building systems that help every student-athlete excel.  I look forward to continuing to collaborate with our campus partners and building on the strong foundation we have in place."

A former Division I coach with 10 years of experience, Jarrett competed for four seasons at UCLA, helping lead the Bruins to an NCAA Tournament appearance. She earned her master's degree in athletic administration from Ohio University and holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from UCLA.
