Pride are in! Esports League of Legends earns bid to 2025 CLOL National Championship Tournament

For the second straight year, the Purdue Northwest Esports League of Legends squad will be participating in the 32-team field of the 2025 College League of Legends (CLOL) National Championship Tournament.

The Pride come in as the 12-seed in the bracket and will take on the 7-seeded St. Clair Saints in the opening round on Saturday, April 19 at 2:00 PM CT.

Last season, Purdue Northwest made it too the Sweet 16 of the national tournament before falling to the University of St. Thomas (TX), 3-1.

The tournament is an double elimination style bracket.

Purdue Northwest comes into the tournament after falling in a hard-fought series against Grand View in the Grand Finals of the Midwest Esports Conference Tournament. The Pride are the two-time reigning GLIAC Champions and look to make a splash in the national stage for the first-time.
