  • Nelson was fouled on the final seconds and went to the free throw line to try and tie the game up. He unfortunately missed the first attempt and then would miss the second on purpose for possibly tip-in but the Pride could not convert, falling in the end, 78-76.
Post-Game Quote from Head Coach Boomer Roberts:
"We held them to 37% from the field, which gave us a great chance to win on the road. But we weren't able to get the defensive boards we needed to finish possessions. And going 19-31 from the FT line hurts too. Already looking forward to our response on Saturday in our first GLIAC home game."

Up Next
  • The Pride return to home action in 2025 when they host Parkside for GLIAC action on Saturday, January 4. Tip-off is set for 3:00 PM CT at John Friend Court in Hammond, Indiana.
