The women's cross-country team traveled to Olivet Nazarene University this Friday to compete in the 2024 Midwest Classic for their second meet of the season. Sophomore Myrriam Dhoore (LaPorte, Ind./LaPorte (IU-South Bend)) would lead the Pride with another top ten finish taking tenth place.

The Breakdown:
•    Sophomore Myrriam Dhoore (LaPorte, Ind./LaPorte (IU-South Bend)) finished in 10th place with a time of 20:01.00.  
•    Sophomore Kennedy Cox (Las Vegas, Nev./Somerset Sky Pointe) took 32nd place with a time of 21:13.40.  
•    Freshman Sonya Wagner (Greenville, Tenn.) finished in 50th place with a time of 22:56.70.  
•    Senior Jerralee Testa (Bridgewater, Va./Turner Asby) placed 52nd with a time of 23:02.70.  
•    Sophomore Kayla Garza finished in 67th place with a time of 24:11.80.  
•    Freshman Sidney Elijah (Valparaiso, Ind./Hebron) ended the race in 75th place with a time of 24:54.70.  
•    Freshman Johanna Compton finished in 104th place with a time of 37:27.50.

The women's cross-country team will be back in action Saturday, September 28 in Kenosha, Wisconsin for the Lucian Rosa Invite hosted by Parkside University.
