The Purdue Northwest women's cross-country team began its 2025 season Friday at the Lewis Early Bird Invitational in Romeoville, Illinois. The Pride competed in a strong field and earned valuable early-season experience, highlighted by a pair of top 25 individual finishes.

- Junior Myrriam Dhoore (LaPorte, Ind./LaPorte) paced the Pride, securing 16th place in 15:39.15.
- Junior Sara McGraw (Indianapolis, Ind./Roncalli) followed with a 22nd-place finish at 16:03.91.
- Freshman Kayla Guajardo impressed in her collegiate debut, crossing 34th in 16:51.75.
- Junior Kayla Garza (Dyer, Ind./Lake Central) set a personal best with a 41st-place effort in 17:32.19.
- Sophomore Sidney Elijah (Valparaiso, Ind./Hebron) finished 47th in 18:34.59.
- Freshman Rachel Sanchez (Berwyn, Ill.) grabbed 52nd place in 19:14.66.
- Sophomore Sonya Wagner (Greenville, Tenn./North Greene) added a 60th-place showing with her time of 19:50.34.
- Sophomore Johanna Compton () ran a personal best, taking 74th in 23:07.71.
