Saturday saw Purdue Northwest Baseball team continue their four-game series against Davenport for games two and three. The Pride would end up splitting the day taking game one by a score of 3-2 and dropping game two by a score of 9-5.

Game One – W, 3-2 (7 Innings)
The Breakdown
- Senior Luke Montgomery (Orland Park, Ill./St. Laurence High School) and Junior Beldon Glasgow (Markle, Ind./Norwell) led the Pride with one hit and one RBI each.
- Sophomore Conor Pangburn (St. John, Ind./Lake Central) started on the mound for Purdue Northwest throwing five innings and striking out three.
- J. Evans led Davenport with two hits.
- T. McKinstry started and threw four innings, striking out six for the Panthers.
- The Panthers would get on the board first in the first inning off an RBI single, but the Pride would answer back in the third tying up the game off a sac fly from Jones.
- The Pride would take the lead in the same inning with a double from Glasgow.
- Davenport would find another run in the third to tie up the game 2-2.
- In the seventh Mongomery would single to left center to score Johnson securing a 3-2 victory for the Pride.
Game Two – L, 9-5 (9 Innings)
- Senior Hayden Matulich (San Jose, Calif./Pioneer) led the Pride with one hit and three RBIs.
- Drake Ballard (Louisville, Ky./Martha Laynes Collins) also contributed a hit and an RBI.
- Freshman Blake Newell (Crown Point, Ind./Crown Point)Â started on the mound for the Pride throwing two innings striking out three.
- J. Robinson led the Panthers with two hits and four RBIs.
- J. Berkenpas started and threw six innings, striking out seven for Davenport.
- In the 1st inning, Davenport got off to a strong start with a triple to left center, bringing in a runner for the first run of the game.
- Shortly after, a groundout allowed another runner to score, extending the lead to 2-0.
- Davenport continued their offensive momentum in the 2nd inning when a fielding error allowed a runner to score, furthering their lead to 3-0. A single to left field then brought in another run, widening the gap to 4-0.
- The Pride fought back in the 6th inning with a single driving in a run, putting them on the scoreboard at 1-4. However, a homerun from Matulich in the same inning changed the momentum, tying the score at 4-4.
- In the 7th inning, the Pride took the lead with a sacrifice fly, putting them ahead at 5-4. However, Davenport swiftly turned the tide in the bottom of the 7th with a homerun, propelling them to a 7-5 lead.
- Davenport solidified their victory in the 8th inning with a single bringing in two more runs, securing the win at 9-5.
