Gabby Paliska (Palos Park, Ill./Lincoln-Way East (Wisconsin-Green Bay)) pitched a perfect game to help lead the Pride.

Game 1 - vs. Bloomsburg - W, 2-0
The Breakdown
- Michko led the Pride at the plate with two hits and two RBIs.
- Freshman Kylie Dugan (Buck Creek, Ind./William Henry Harrison) added two hits.
- Senior Jessica DeBoer (Dyer, Ind./Illiana Christian)Â and junior Myah Stuckey (Noblesville, Ind./Noblesville)Â both chipped in one hit.
- Senior Maddison Roop (Hudson, Ill./University) started on the mound for the Pride and pitched all seven innings to earn the win. She recorded another shutout win on the season with three strikeouts.
- Kayleigh Lenner led Bloomsburg with two hits.
- Kelley Eberly started in the circle for the Huskies and pitched all seven innings striking out nine batters.
- The Pride grabbed an early lead off a Michko RBI hit to make it 1-0 in the first inning.
- Purdue Northwest grabbed another run in the sixth off a solo shot by Michko to make the score 2-0. That homerun made her the all-time leader in career homeruns.
- With great defense and pitching, the Pride were able to hold on for the win in the end, 2-0.

The Breakdown
- Senior Allison Arnold (Tucson, Ariz./Naperville North) led the Pride with one hit and one RBI.
- Freshman Emma Fair (Greenwood, Ind./Center Grove) and sophomore Amanda DeBoer (Dyer, Ind./Illiana Christian) each chipped in one hit
- Senior Gabby Paliska (Palos Park, Ill./Lincoln-Way East (Wisconsin-Green Bay)) pitched all ten innings pitching a masterful game on the mound earn her first-career perfect game win. She gave up no hits, no walks, no hit batters, no errors, and struckout nine batters.
- Riley Piromalli started on the mound for the Falcons and she pitched all ten innings as well tallying seven strikeouts.
- Both teams were held scoreless for the entire game with great pitching and great plays made in the field.
- In the bottom of the tenth inning, Arnold laid down a sacrifice bunt with the play being initially made at first base, Darcy Barkauskas (St. John, Ind./Lake Central) raced down the third base line and slid home before the tag came in to help seal the win in walk-off fashion, 1-0.
