The Purdue Northwest Men's Soccer team celebrated Senior Day on Sunday afternoon against St. Cloud State in GLIAC play. The Pride ultimately ended with the loss falling in a close battle, 2-1.

- Junior Miguel Rodriguez De la Graza led the Pride scoring their lone goal.
- Graduate student Christian Booth (Toronto, Ontario, Canada/Father John Redmond) chipped in one assist.
- Freshman Mateus Baptista de Souza (Curitiba, Brazil/Montverde Academy) started in goal and played all 90 minutes recording four saves.
- Phillip Caputo and Andrew Holmes both led St. Cloud State scoring one goal.
- Rami Atia played all 90 minutes in frame for the Huskies and made two saves.
The BreakdownÂ
- Purdue Northwest took the early 1-0 lead in the 20th minute off a masterful strike from De la Garza.
- Before reaching halftime, the Huskies tied things up 1-1 in the 43rd minute.
- In the 79th minute of the second half, St. Cloud State converted on a strike outside the box to give them a 2-1 lead.
- The Pride couldn't convert on their chances late to tie things up and fell in the end, 2-1.
