PARK FOREST, Ill. – Purdue Northwest Women's Tennis hosted Division I Valpo on Saturday inside the Park Forest Tennis Club. The Beacons came out on top by a final score of 7-0 after taking the doubles point and sweeping the singles flights.
Mar Vilanova (Girona, Spain) took the second set in her match against Valpo's Isabella Schoolcraft at No. 6 Singles, but ultimately fell in the third-set tiebreaker: 7-5, 1-6, 10-5. The Pride lineup also featured

PNW (3-3) will return to action on Friday-Saturday, Feb. 18-19, when it hosts Illinois-Springfield and St. Francis (IL) at Park Forest Tennis Club.
