The short story: The Purdue Northwest women's soccer team couldn't weather the storm against Davenport, falling 4-0 to the Panthers during a steady rain downpour at Dowling Park.

QUICK FACTS
  • DU struck with the game-winner in the seventh minute and PNW fell victim to an own goal off a DU corner kick four minutes later to make it 2-0.
  • The Panthers tacked on another goal in the first half to lead 3-0 at the break.
  • PNW managed two shots on target – both coming in the second half with open looks for Kiana Chandler (Lowell, Ind.) and Brinley Hefty (Belvidere, Ill.).
