KENOSHA, Wis. -- Although the Pride made a late push in the second half to cut the deficit down to just one goal, PNW was not able to overcome the Rangers of Wisconsin-Parkside as they were bested 5-3.
 
After the Pride surrendered 4 goals in the first half, midfielder Daniel Freedman (Newcastle, England/ Monkseaton Academy) came out with a sense of urgency, scoring two goals in the first five minutes of the second half (48:37, 50:16). Shortly after, junior Enrique Serna (Majadahonda, Spain Colegio San Jaime) scored a goal of his own (53:12), putting the Pride within a single goal as they trailed 4-3. In a back and forth match, the Pride ultimately lost 5-3 after Parkside scored for the fifth time in the 79th minute of the match.
 
The Pride continue GLIAC play on Friday, September 27th, as they venture to Northwood University and take on the Timberwolves at 2:30 p.m.
