Richard Kitchell is a long-standing member of the community in Northwest Indiana. He recently retired from his position as Vice President at Morgan Stanley Investments, The Kitchell Group. During the past 33 years Richard managed over 500 million dollars in client assets.
Prior to Morgan Stanley, he worked for the Lake County Indiana Prosecutor's Office after completing three years as a staff assistant in the 1st District Indiana Congressional Office.
On the tennis front, he was on staff for seven years as a volunteer assistant coach for the Munster High School varsity team. He also coached the USTA Junior National Co-Ed team during team tennis competitions.Â
Richard played collegiate tennis at the University of Indianapolis for two years and he graduated with a bachelor's degree from Purdue University, West Lafayette. He was inducted, along with his entire family, into the Hammond Sports Hall of Fame in 2000.
