2017-2018 at Cypress College: As a sophomore played and started in 22 games...Averaging 15.5 points per game while shooting 57.6% from the field playing 24.7 minutes per contest...Scored a career-high 38 points during a win against San Diego Mesa on Dec 29th while shooting 3-3 from behind the arc while shooting an impressive 88% from the field.

2016-2017 at Cypress College: Played and started 28 games as a freshman...Averaged 9 points on 49.8% shooting from the field.

Prep: Palmer was a four-year letter winner at Valencia High School and was named First-Team All-League and a team captain for the Tigers. He helped lead his team to the Quarterfinals of the 2015 CIF Southern Section Division 1A Playoffs.
