2018: Named PNW Male Freshman of the Year...Started in 40 games in his first year with the black and gold...Recorded 40 hits with 21 runs and 27 RBI's in 137 at bats with an average of .292 on the year...Slammed two homeruns in freshmen season. 

Prep: Played baseball at Andrean High School in Merrillville, Ind. ... lettered all four years in both baseball and bowling ... member of 3A State Championship teams in 2014 and 2015 ... played on the sectional champions his senior season ... competed at the Indiana High School Bowling state finals as an individual his junior and senior years ... also helped lead AHS to regionals his senior season.

Personal: Son of Chris and Eugene McCune ... majoring in Sports Management.
