STUNT grabs two victories at the GLVC Invitational

The Purdue Northwest STUNT team turned in a strong showing over the weekend at the GLVC Invitational, hosted by Quincy University in Quincy, Illinois, finishing with a 2-1 record across three competitive matchups.

The Pride opened the weekend in dominant fashion on Saturday afternoon, rolling to a 12-0 victory over Southwest Baptist University. Purdue Northwest controlled the pace from the start, executing cleanly across all four quarters while showcasing depth and precision.

Later that evening, the Pride faced their toughest test of the weekend against nationally-ranked No. 4 Maryville University. In a back-and-forth battle, Purdue Northwest went toe-to-toe with one of the nation's top programs. Despite a strong effort and multiple momentum swings, the Pride ultimately fell just short in a 26-21 decision. The narrow margin highlighted the team's ability to compete at a high level against elite competition.

Purdue Northwest closed out the invitational on Sunday morning with an impressive 21-18 victory over No. 15 Drury University. The matchup was tightly contested throughout, but the Pride delivered in key moments, executing critical routines down the stretch to secure the win. The victory over a ranked opponent served as a strong statement performance to cap the weekend.
