Late Push Falls Short as Baseball Drops Gamer to Fort Lauderdale; 4-2

The Purdue Northwest baseball team opened its series against the University of Fort Lauderdale on Saturday afternoon, falling 4-2 in the opening game before game two of the scheduled doubleheader was cancelled due to weather.

  • Kozy responded with a solo home run in the seventh to cut the deficit to 4-2, but the Pride were unable to complete the comeback.
