Purdue Northwest Volleyball senior setter Marina Gronkiewicz (Munster, Ind./Munster) has earned this weeks RUSH Physical Therapy Athlete of the Week honors after her stellar performance this past weekend.

Gronkiewicz helped lead the squad to a 2-0 week in GLIAC play with sweeps over Saginaw Valley State and Lake Superior State.

She ended with 61 assists, 12 kills, 12 digs, and five service aces. She currently leads the team with 311 assists which puts her Top-10 in the GLIAC. Gronkiewicz also leads the team in in service aces with 26 and that puts her at the top of the GLIAC conference and 11th in all of NCAA D2 volleyball in aces per set.
