Purdue Northwest Men's Cross Country freshman Jalen Strietelmeier (/Highland, Ind.) has earned the first-ever RUSH Physical Therapy Athlete of the Week after his stellar performance this past weekend.

At the Spartan Classic this past Saturday, Strietelmeier took first-place with a time of 26:33.10. His first place finish also helped the men's squad earn second overall in the meet.

The RUSH Physical Therapy Athlete of the Week is a new Purdue Northwest Athletics honor to help celebrate our student-athletes each and every week.
