This past weekend, the Purdue Northwest women's tennis team traveled to Grand Rapids, Michigan for the 2025 ITA Division II Midwest Regional Championships. The Pride battled through tough draws across singles and doubles play, highlighted by strong performances in Flight B. Victoria Watine (Lyon, France/Saint Louis Saint Bruno) and Lavinia Bortolaso (Italy) each advanced to the Round of 32 with opening-round wins, while in doubles, Haizea Wara Ricaldi Lopez and Monserrat Gay Coello led the way for the Pride, reaching the Round of 16 after an 8-3 victory over Quincy.
