- Junior Yoselin Garcia (Joliet, Ill./Joilet West) added one assist for the Pride.
- Sophomore Addison Thomas (Grand Blanc, Mich./Grand Blanc) chipped in one assist during the game.
- Sophomore Meta Fischer (DeForest, Wis./DeForest) started and played all 90 minutes in goal for Purdue Northwest making three saves.
- Ryley Winrich led Michigan Tech with one goal off three shots.
- Bri Barrow played all 90 minutes in goal for the Huskies and notched two saves.
The Breakdown
- Michigan Tech grabbed the lead in the 26th minute off a Winrich goal to make it 1-0.
- The Pride tied things up 1-1 after an amazing shot from Carter in the 54th minute.
- Purdue Northwest grabbed the game-winner in the 61st minute after Ajami scored in the box from a Garcia cross.
- The Pride held strong defensively with key stops in the end to solidify the win, 2-1.
