Graduate student Jacob Battista (Melbourne, Victoria, Australia/Dt Kevin's College) netted a hat trick to help the Purdue Northwest Men's Soccer team earn a dominating 5-0 win over Saint Xavier on Thursday evening.

• The Pride got off to a fast start scoring their first goal in the first minute off a miss penalty kick my De la Garza to give them a 1-0 lead.
• Purdue Northwest tallied off three more goals in the first half to take a commanding 4-0 lead into halftime.
• Battista added his third goal in the 59th minute to give the Pride their final goal in a 5-0 win over the Cougars.
• Purdue Northwest out-shot Saint Xavier, 13-5.
