This Saturday, the Purdue Northwest women's golf team headed to Georgetown, Kentucky to compete in the 2024 SVSU Spring Intercollegiate Invitational. At the event the Pride would take 13th place out of 14 total teams shooting a combine school of 702 (349-353). 

The Basics
•    The event was held at Cherry Blossom Golf Club in Georgetown, Kentucky.
•    The event was hosted by Saginaw Valley State University.
•    The Pride finished in 13th place with a combined team total of 702.
•    Mckendree University took first at the invite shooting a combined 612 (303-309)

The Players
•    Halie Wolf (Lafayette, Ind./) tied for 60th place with a total score of 172 (87-85).
•    Valentina Gozo (Crown Point, Ind./) finished the invitation tied for 66th place, posting a score of 174 (82-92).
•    Kaitlyn Valiska (New Lenox, Ill./) tied for 75th place with a combined score of 178 (89-89).
•    Shelby Robinson (Calgary Alberta, Canada/Joane Cardinal-Schubert) tied for 78th place, recording a score of 181 (94-87).
•    Catherine Brzycki (Griffith, Ind./) secured 80th place with a score of 183 (91-92).

The women's golf team is set to resume competition on Sunday, March 23rd, in Perry Park, Kentucky, participating in Klash in Perry Park Golf Resort. Tee off is slated for 9:00 AM.
