The Purdue Northwest Men's Basketball team slipped in a tight battle during the final day of the GLIAC/GLVC Crossover against Rockhurst on Saturday afternoon, 80-75.

The Breakdown
- Both teams battled in the first eight minutes of the game with the score tied up 11-11.
- Purdue Northwest then went on a strong 22-8 run to take a 33-19 lead with less six minutes left to take control of the game.
- The Hawks battled back before the end of the first half cutting their deficit to 38-34 at halftime.
- Rockhurst continued to chop at the Prides lead and tied the game up at 55-55 with less then 13 minutes left in the game.
- Purdue Northwest's offense started to go cold again allowing Rockhurst to take a 15-6 run and gain control of the game 70-61 with six minutes remaining.
- The Pride did not give up though and continued to battle in the final minutes to cut the game to 78-75 after a Gayman three-pointer with 20 seconds left.
