The Purdue Northwest men's golf team traveled to Lemont, Illinois, on Monday and Tuesday to compete in the 2024 Flyer's Fall Invite, hosted by Lewis University. The Pride secured a 12th place team finish out of 17 teams, with Brody Pass (Lino Lakes, Minn./Centennial) leading the way with an impressive 6th place individual finish.

The Basics
•    The event took place at Cog Hill GC in Lemont, Illinois.
•    The event was hosted by Lewis University
•    Aurora University emerged as the victors of the Invitational, posting a combined 603 (300-303).

The Players
•    Brody Pass (Lino Lakes, Minn./Centennial) finished in 6th place with a total score of 149, shooting rounds of 72 and 77.  
•    Brady Serafin (Beecher, Ill./Beecher) finished in 29th place with a total score of 156, shooting rounds of 78 and 78.  
•    Finn Kiger (Crown Point, Ind./Crown Point High School) finished in 33rd place with a total score of 157, shooting rounds of 76 and 81.  
•    Joshua Gareth Hamilton (Johannesburg, Gauteng/Abbey Park) finished in 79th place with a total score of 169, shooting rounds of 81 and 88.  
•    Nicholas Alvarez (Clearfield, Utah/Clearfield) finished in 90th place with a total score of 171, shooting rounds of 83 and 88.  

Up Next
The golf team is set to resume competition on Saturday, October 12th, in Augusta, Michigan taking part in 2024 Panther Invitational. Tee off is slated for 9:00 AM.
