- Both teams were held scoreless in the first half going into halftime 0-0.
- Parkside grabbed the lead in the 54th minute from a Peycelon strike to give the Rangers a 1-0 lead.
- The Pride almost converted on several chances to ties things up but the posts were not too kind resulting in 1-0 defeat in the end.
- Purdue Northwest ended the match outshooting Parkside, 13-11.
