- The Pride started the scoring in the tenth minute off a goal by Tillmon to take an early 1-0 lead.
- Lewis tied up the game, 1-1, a few minutes later in the 12th off a strike from Culver.
- The Flyers grabbed the lead off a DeVaux header to make the score 2-1 in the 17th minute.
- Purdue Northwest had multiple chances in the second half to level the game but the Lewis defense held tough to make the final score of 2-1.
