The Purdue Northwest men's golf team opened up their season this Sunday at the Bulldog Fall Classic in Big Rapids, Michigan. The classic consisted of three rounds in which the team would take fourteenth place out of sixteen teams with a combined score of 955 (323-321-311).

- Sophomore Nick Alvarez shot a total of 247 (79-83-85) and finished in 85th place.
- Sophomore Brady Serafin (Beecher, Ill./) took 87th place shooting a 252 (86-86-80).
- Freshman Joshua Gareth Hamilton (Johannesburg, Gauteng/Abbey Park) ended the invite in 92nd place and shot a score of 258 (84-85-89).
