The Breakdown
- Michigan Tech would find an early goal in the first half as the Pride struggled to get their offense going. Michigan Tech would hold a 1-0 lead going into the second half.
- The Pride would come out strong in the second half finding the back of the net early with a goal from Amaris Gonzelaz assisted by Brinley Hefty (Belvidere, Ill./Belvidere North HS) to tie the game 1-1.
