The Purdue Northwest women's golf team traveled to Stoatin Brae Golf Club, in Augusta, Michigan this Saturday to compete in the Panther Invitational hosted by Davenport University. The women's team would end the invitational in ninth place out of twelve teams shooting a 681 (343-338) as a team.
 
The Basics

• The event was held at Stoatin Brae Golf Club, in Augusta, Michigan.
• The event was hosted by Davenport University.
• The Pride finished in ninth place with a combined team total of 681.
• Wayne State took first at the Invitational shooting a combined 615 (307-308).         

 
The Players

• Junior Halie Wolf (Lafayette, Ind./) shot a total of 161 (81-80) and finished tied for 27^th place.
• Junior Kaitlyn Valiska (New Lenox, Ill./) tied for 53^rd place shooting a combined score of 172 (85-87)
• Senior Miriah Gabel (Pickerington, Ohio/Pickerington High School Central) tied for 57^th place shooting a 174 (87-87).
• Sophomore Valentina Gozo (Crown Point, Ind./) ended the invitation tied for 57^th place and shot a score of 174 (90-84).
• Sophomore Shelby Robinson (Calgary Alberta, Canada/Joane Cardinal-Schubert) finished in 65^th place with a score of 186 (94-92)
