Men's Golf competes at Malone Fall Classic

The Purdue Northwest men's golf team competed at the Malone University Men's Fall Classic over the weekend and finished in 14th over the three day event.

The Basics
  • The Pride finished 14th out of a 16 team field.
  • The event was held at Glenmoor Country Club in Canton, Ohio.
  • As a team, PNW shot a combined score of 911(300-309-302)
  • Tiffin University finished in first place.
  • Connor Curry of Malone University took medalist honors finished with a top score of 202(69-65-68)
On The Course
  • Senior Alex Bishop (Litchfield, Ill./Litchfield) led the Pride tying for 42nd and with a total score of 225(79-72-74)
  • Freshman Brody Pass (Lino Lakes, Minn.) ended tied for 55th with a combined score of 228(74-79-75).
  • Freshman Jack Glaspy (Wisconsin) shot a total score of 228(73-80-75) and also finished tied for 55th.
  • Freshman Brady Serafin (Beecher, Ill.) ended in 69th place and scored a combined total of 234(75-78-81).
  • Junior Dylan Adair (Manhattan, Ill./) finished the event shooting a total score of 236(78-80-78) and placed tied for 72nd.
  • Freshman Grant Wieczorek (Pewaukee, Wis.) ended in 85th and shot a final score of 250(78-86-86).
Up Next
  • The Pride compete in the UIS 2022 Fall MW Regional starting on Sunday, October 2. The event is a three-day event and will held at Panther Creek Country Club in Springfield, Ill.
