CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – Purdue Northwest had four student-athletes selected to the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) 2021-22 All-American Scholar Team, including Libby Huston (Yale, Mich./Yale), Taylor Martin (Fort Wayne, Ind./Bishop Dwenger HS), Miriah Gabel (Pickerington, Ohio/Pickerington High School Central) and Kaitlyn Valiska (New Lenox, Ill.).

A total of 1,485 women's collegiate golfers were recognized with this prestigious honor. To earn a spot on the All-American Scholar Team, a student-athlete must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.50 and have played in at least 50 percent of the team's scheduled tournament rounds.

"I am extremely proud of the effort and hard work that all of our student-athletes produce both in the classroom and on the golf course," stated PNW Head Golf Coach Allen Curtiss. "I want to congratulate Libby, Taylor, Miriah and Kaitlyn on earning this academic achievement. I look forward to building off the success from this past spring semester after our women's team posted a 3.59 team grade-point average, while continuing to improve our play on the course."
