The Purdue Northwest men's soccer team celebrated Senior Day against #4 Saginaw Valley State on Sunday afternoon. They suffered a hard-fought loss to the Cardinals in a GLIAC battle, 2-0.

- Aran led the Pride with scoring the lone goal off one shot.
- Moran added three shots for Purdue Northwest.
- Sophomore Lucas Bravo Olle dished out an assist during the game.
- Freshman Simon Drda (Liberec, Czech Republic) and junior Diego Luna (Hanover Park, Ill.) chipped in one shot on the afternoon.
- Senior Eligh Williams (Gympie, Queensland, Australia/The Southport School) played all 90 minutes in goal for the Pride and made one save.
- Brady Walker and Jordan Murray led Saginaw Valley State with a goal each.
- Nick Kay played all 90 minutes in net for the Cardinals and notched three saves.
The Breakdown
- The Pride scored the first goal of the game off Aran strike in the 22nd minute and gave the squad a 1-0 lead.
- Saginaw Valley State tied the game up 1-1 in the 32nd minute from a Walker goal.
- The Cardinals sealed the win a Murray goal in the 64th minute to make it 2-1.
