The Purdue Northwest volleyball team started the Midwest Regional Crossover with a four-set loss to Drury in a hard-fought battle on Friday afternoon, 3-1.

- Freshman Kennedy Cunningham (Yorba Linda, Calif./Orange Lutheran) led the Pride with 11 kills during the game.
- Junior Lauren Sanders (Indianapolis, Ind./Avon HS) added eight spikes.
- Junior Erica Brohm (Bettendorf, Iowa/Pleasant Valley HS) and freshman Marina Gronkiewicz (Munster, Ind./Munster) each chipped in five kills on the afternoon.
- Gronkiewicz also led Purdue Northwest with 17 assists to aid their attack. She as well led the team in digs with 13.
- Freshman Kylie Martin (Crown Point, Ind./Illiana Christian) notched 12 digs during the match.
- Salma Lewis led Drury with a game-high 15 kills.
- Chloe Rear guided the Panthers offense with a game-best 46 assists.
The Breakdown
- Purdue Northwest finished the game with 36 kills, 31 assists, 53 digs, and eight blocks.
- Drury ended the contest with 69 kills, 65 assists, 70 digs, and four blocks.
