KENOSHA, Wis. – The Purdue Northwest softball team traveled to Wisconsin-Parkside for Sunday's GLIAC doubleheader with the host Rangers taking both games, 7-3 and 5-4.
Prior to the twinbill, the two teams completed a previously suspended game from the last meeting back on March 30 in Hammond. That game was halted due to darkness with the score tied at 4-4 entering the eighth inning.
PNW ended up coming out on top with three consecutive hits, capped by an RBI double from
Briana Poehler. The Pride moved to 9-18 overall and 6-10 in conference play following Sunday's action.

After Parkside's big third inning, both teams added a run in the fourth and the Pride pushed one across in the seventh on a Poehler RBI single.
