MARQUETTE, Mich. -- The Purdue Northwest women's soccer team opened the final weekend of regular season GLIAC play by making the trek to Northern Michigan. The Wildcats won Friday afternoon's match by a final score of 6-0 at the Superior Dome.
PNW will head to Michigan Tech for Sunday's road game against the Huskies. The Pride fell to 1-6-1 overall on the season following Friday's setback.
Northern Michigan, which logged its third straight clean sheet, improved to 5-2-1.

Haneen Abdulla each recorded a shot on goal for the Pride. Goalkeeper
Leonie Heck posted four saves.
The Wildcats scored the game-winner in the 17th minute and added another goal for a 2-0 halftime lead. Northern Michigan tacked on four goals in the second half.
