Men's Tennis Battled on the Road Against Maryville and UMSL but Falls in Both

| Box Score 2 ST. LOUIS, Mo. -- The Purdue University Northwest Men's Tennis program hit the road this weekend to take on Maryville University and the University of Missouri-St. Louis, ending in a pair of defeats for the Pride.

On Friday, the Black and Gold ended their contest against Maryville with a final score of 2-5, with Levent Evyapan and Jonluke Passett each bringing home singles victories. Evyapan also partnered with Barja Miralles to get a 7-6 doubles victory for the Pride. However, Maryville was still able to claim their doubles point and the victory at the end of the day. PNW went on to end their Saturday contest against the UMSL Tritons with a score of 2-5 as well, Leon Kah and Evyapan each winning their singles matches and the Evyapan-Miralles duo grabbing the doubles victory for the second day in a row.

The Purdue University Northwest Men's Tennis team will return to action on March 14 when they will host North Central College at the Park Forest Tennis Club.
