"I'm really proud of the team," said Locke. "They earned it! I challenged them to get in the gym to make shots and they answered 10-19 from the 3-point line. It felt good to protect our home court and play in front of our fans. I hope we enjoy it and get ready for Friday. We have tunnel vision, will have our heads down and take care of business!"
The night marked Coach Locke's first win since taking the helm of the PNW Women's Basketball program. Leading the Pride on the court through the first three games of the season, Locke now turns her attention toward the next home game on Friday, November 15 when PNW will take on the University of Missouri - St. Louis for the 2019-2020 Domino's Season Tip-Off. The first 100 fans attending the doubleheader will receive a free t-shirt and free pizza courtesy of Domino's. The women will tip off at 5 p.m. with the men's program to follow at 7 p.m.
