Box Score WESTVILLE, Ind. -- The Purdue Northwest (1-14, 0-7 GLIAC) women's volleyball team was defeated in three sets by the Wayne State Warriors (9-6, 4-3 GLIAC) inside the Dworkin Center.
Jenna Pasko (Lansing, Ill./T.F. South) once again led the way for PNW with nine kills, while freshman Christina Dal Santo (St. John, Ind./Andrean) was tops on the team with 13 digs. Jenna Dal Santo (St. John, Ind./Andrean) ended the day hitting a .130, and Eudora Negri (Munster, Ind./Munster) had 25 assists.
The Warriors took control of the first set and took the win 25-16. After falling behind early in the second set, PNW evened the score on a kill from Pasko. The teams would go back and forth before the Warriors took the second set 25-17. Despite another energetic outing for the Pride, Wayne State was able to complete the sweep with a 25-18 victory in the decisive set.
